The following is a list of features that come with our Content Management system:
Our Content Management System is extremely flexible and we are constantly adding to its capabilities. Please note that this is only a partial list.

  • Easier to Update Content: Because RCMS has simple to use editing tools, anyone with a minimum amount of training can easily make changes to a website. If you don’t have the time to do it yourself, we offer economic maintenance packages tailored to your needs.

  • Content Personalization: Personalize the content of your site for your users by first name (Once a viewer has become a member of your community every time they log-on they will be greeted with “Hello {first name}”)

  • Content Modules: Individual content areas can be easily placed on one page or all pages.

  • Manage Accounts: Users can easily manage their own account, change password, User Name, Etc.

  • Role Based Member Profiling: (Security) We are able to set-up sections of your website so that it limits the access to those sections based on the log-on. The public can see just what you want them to see, Sales department can see Sale’s sections and Accounting department can see Accounting’s sections. This feature also allows for providing “Paid” content sections.

  • Newsletter Delivery System: (E-mail blast)

  • XML/XLS Support: Extensible Markup Language (XML) is a simple, very flexible text format derived from SGML (ISO 8879). Originally designed to meet the challenges of large-scale electronic publishing, XML is also playing an increasingly important role in the exchange of a wide variety of data on the Web and elsewhere.

  • CSS Driven: Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) is a simple mechanism for adding style (e.g. fonts, colors, and spacing) to Web documents. This allows the site managers to easily make changes to Fonts, Colors and Positioning with only a few keystrokes.

  • Site Map: Sets up and creates in minutes and automatically updated when you add or move pages.

  • Site Search: Allows users to search your site for keywords. RCMS has the capability to allow the site managers to build a list of keywords that is specific to that particular content.
